Intercultural assessment by Bilingual Solutions

As part of our award-winning training program our intercultural assessment, in short ICABS© was developed with the highest quality in mind. We are driven by excellence in research and development of training programs, and by helping people on their journey towards intercultural competence.

We use the ICABS© as an intake online assessment to determine your cultural development potential. You will receive an individual report and a debriefing session with your intercultural trainer/coach, who will also assist you in filling in your personal action plan.

It consists of three different parts and eight dimensions, that help you understand your strengths and development opportunities.

Part I: Intercultural Sensitivity Inventory

Part II: Personal Report of Communication Apprehension

In addition, the ICABS© measures the extent of Communication Apprehension in the four most important areas of intercultural business communication.

Part III: Culture Shock Profile

On assignments, the Culture Shock Profile is added as an inventory on a four-point Likert-type scale, to monitor the course of a culture shock and measure the success of the training.
